Peraleja Golf is a resort situated in the Mediterranean. Peraleja has been designed and developed with a great amount of respect and care for the environment. Broad areas of protected land, public and private grassed areas account for approximately 3km² as opposed to only 0.17km² as originally planned.

Golf Course has been designed by Severiano Ballesteros, one of the greatest professional golfers ever.

The properties have been designed with a unique architectural concept and are finished to the highest standard. The villas are all situated in spacious plots and are surrounded by a stunning 18-hole golf course alongside sporting and commercial areas as well as a 24-hour security system.

SERVICES

Peraleja Golf has a wide range of services available to satisfy the needs of all of its residents. Here we have a 24-hour security system and we also offer pool and garden maintenance, cleaning and laundry services and much more. In addition to this, a new commercial centre will soon be opened which will contain supermarkets, health services and shops to suit all leisure needs.

In the Club House we have a fantastic restaurant and café bar and situated next door to this is our piano bar. At the horse riding centre, you will also find a newly opened Spanish tapas bar and restaurant.

Here at Peraleja, we offer a wide range of sporting opportunities including our football pitch, tennis and paddle tennis courts, a fabulous 18-hole golf course and our newly opened horse riding centre.

Within the resort and throughout its extensive areas of protected land, you will find a jogging and cycling track, along with several children’s playgrounds

SURROUNDINGS

Peraleja Golf is located in the Region of Murcia, in the south-east of Spain. The region has over 250km of beaches and coastal line, much of which, to this day, remains untouched. Along the coast you will find the Mar Menor which is seen to be one of the best places in Europe to practice water sports due to the fact that the Mediterranean boasts extremely clean, warm watered beaches.

The inland regions of Murcia offer great leisure and cultural opportunities for all, with many historic and beautifully preserved towns. As well as this, the region has fantastic mountain scenery and extensive areas of countryside filled with wildlife.
